Just received my first glimpses of our guest bedroom canopy!!

Oh, dear friends, I cannot contain my excitement any longer! Just yesterday, I received a sneak peek of the magnificent bed canopy that I personally designed for my guest’s sanctuary. As I eagerly anticipate its arrival, I've decided to bestow upon my cherished abode a new name, one befitting its timeless elegance and southern charm. Now, my fellow enthusiasts, it's time to deliberate on the perfect name for this enchanting space.

With bated breath, I opened the email attachment that held the images of my dreamy bed canopy. And there it was, like a vision from a bygone era – a true masterpiece! The delicate lace, flowing drapes, and intricate details swept me away into a world of opulence and tranquility. The sheer beauty of the design captured my heart and left me giddy with anticipation for its grand debut.

What’s In a Name

Now, my dear friends, I turn to you for a momentous decision – what shall we name this sanctuary of serenity? As we strive to encapsulate the essence of old southern charm, I propose three captivating names: Bernadette, Pearl, and Dorothy. Each name evokes a distinct aura, a whisper of Southern hospitality.

Bernadette: 

Conjuring an image of a refined Southern belle, Bernadette adds an air of elegance and sophistication to the room. It transports us to a time of grand parlors and genteel conversations, where every detail exudes refined taste.

Pearl: 

Reminiscent of timeless beauty, Pearl evokes an understated glamour, reminiscent of the natural wonders discovered beneath the Southern moonlight. It represents simplicity with a touch of mystique, embodying the essence of a sophisticated oasis.

Dorothy: 

I think of charming front porches and sweet tea. Dorothy brings a sense of warmth and familiarity to the space. It carries a touch of nostalgia, evoking the comfort and love found in the heart of a Southern home.
